About the event
The annual community leadership program creates competent and well-equipped leaders across the Burnett Inland who understand what it takes to lead in a regional environment.
Red Earth Community Leadership Program aims to:
Support the development of emerging leaders across community, business and government sectors to effect change in their local communities and region.
Increase collaboration between networks of community leaders to effect change in local communities and regions.
Increase the participation by community leaders in significant regional projects, processes, and long-term planning.
This year Red Earth celebrates 10 years of hosting the Community Leadership program with now over 200 alumni.
